1lbLean ground beef
1 Envelope spaghetti sauce mix
30ozCanned tomato sauce
1lbSharp cheddar cheese; shredd
8ozMozzarella cheese; shredded
2tbCornstarch
1/2cDry red wine

In skillet, brown beef until crumbly; drain off fat. In crockpot, combine beef, sauce mix, tomato sauce, and cheeses. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Dissolve cornstarch with wine. Turn control to high and add cornstarch/wine mixture. Heat 10 to 15 minutes. Have a loaf of italian bread handing for dipping. Keep sauce hot.
